Air Plug Gauges Can be supplied for Through Bore/ Blind Bore both Applications.
Adjustable Depth Collars can be provided for Checking a Specific Depth.
Air Plug Gauges can be provided for any type of Jet (2 Jet/ 3 Jet/ Std / Non-Std).
Manufacturing Range Dia. 1.00 mm To Dia. 200 mm (Std, Non-Std or Customized).
Material - OHNS Steel. (Subzero Treated). Air Plug Gauge will suitable to any Brand Air Gauge Unit (Analog/ Digital or Customize).
Air Plug Gauge will supply with Higher And Lower Master Setting Ring Gauges.
Vertical/ Horizontal Air Plug fitting on M.S. Stand also possible if required.

Air Snap Gauges

Air Snap Gauge enables Direct Measurement of Machine, when the Job Component is in between Centers like Pin and Journal Diameter on a Crank-shaft etc.
The Air Snaps are provided with Carbide Pads to give high Wear Resistance and Positive V-Block Resting.
They are available from Dia. 5.00 mm To Dia. 200 mm.
Special Air Snaps can be provided for measurement of Crowning on Journal Diameter or to Measure Multiple Diameters.
Special Slit Jets or Miniature Jets to take care of the Less Land are available and can be provided on any of the Air Probes.

Air Ring Gauge

Air Ring Gauge is made of Hardened HCHC Steel, Precision Ground to provide designed Clearance between the Shaft And the Jets.
The Back Pressure is generated when the component is inserted into the rings, which is correspondingly read as the comparative size of the parts.
Air Ring Gauge are supplied from Dia. 2 mm To 250 mm as per the requirement for measuring a through or shouldered Shaft. 2 Jet Rings to measure Size, Taper and Ovality.
3 Jets to measure Size, Taper and Lobbing.
Special Air Rings for Checking Multiple Diameters and Lobbing or Taper etc. can be provided.
